Dan was fantastic, and I would recommend him to anyone. He recently helped us purchase our first house. Dan did an excellent job of walking us through the entire process. After trying 3 local different realtors for 12 months without a contract, I decided to work with Dan. I don't think he really knew much about my neighborhood but at this point I had had it. I discovered Dan as a result of his radio ad. Dan almost immediately found a buyer who presented a contingency contract ( she had to sell her house first) and was jittery. Dan kept she and I calm for 6 months as we worked through the process. That is a rare skill. The buyer found an inspector who prepared a 150 page report with only 2 statements: a. get any contractor you can to inspect this house b. I'm not responsible for anything. Now pay me. I had to pay for an expensive precautionary foundation repair but we got to the finish line. The woods are full of listing realtors. So what. There a very few selling realtors like Dan.

Dan went above and beyond when selling our house. It sold within 12 days of listing it. Because our house sold so quickly, we did not have a house picked out to buy. Dan sent letters to several neighborhoods we like and found us a house we love within a week! We are very grateful for Dan and how he has made this process smooth and stress-free!
