Background-
Dan retired after 29 plus years in the Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel. Originally enlisted, he rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant and then earned his commission through the MECEP program. He PCS'd/PCA'd more than a dozen times during his career and knows the stresses as well as ins/outs of buying and selling a home and moving.

I had several lots that were hard to sell and I had a history of working with several other realtors in the area that were frustrating to work with due to lack of responsiveness and communication. When I got connected with Dan, it didn’t take long to sell one of them. He was proactive and on the ball; I think that had to do with his success where others failed. Then he moved on to another realtor and I could use him for until his non-compete expired and once again I was disappointed with yet another set of realtors until I was able to use Dan to sell the last of my properties. I’ve worked with a lot of realtors in my time buying and selling properties and Dan is among the best.
