About Dana Blanks

I’m Dana Blanks, Owner and Broker-In-Charge of Dana Blanks Real Estate, Inc.  We are a small firm doing great things……

A native of the Wilmington area, I became a REALTOR in 2005 and began my career working for one of the larger real estate firms in the Wilmington area.  I learned a quite a bit during my three year tenure with this firm, some of them good and some of them were a lesson in how not to conduct my business. So in 2008, I started my own client centered brokerage…..right in the middle of the real estate market crash. 

During this time I learned how to adapt by personally getting out into the community, teaching home buyer education seminars to potential home buyers while continuing to represent and advise sellers on their real estate portfolios.  This became the foundation of my business.  I believe in putting the client first and operating in their best interest at all times even if it means delayed gratification.  I believe in listening to the needs of the client and tailoring a plan using tried and true techniques to deliver results.
