Dan is the hardest working realtor in our experience. He posted signs, even paid for some clearing of our raw land so that he could show the property. We signed Dan as our agent initially because of his reputation as an excellent sales rep. He knows everybody. His knowledge of properties in Indiana are extensive. He frequently sent updates on prospective customers. He represented our selling price faithfully. If we had another property to sell, Dan would again be our choice. Thank you Dan!

We just moved into our new house last October 31st – thanks to the services of Mr. Dan Nichols! Talk of customer satisfaction par excellence – that’s what we got from him and we are now enjoying the fruits of his hard work, commitment and professionalism. • I say hard work because we had to view quite a number of houses before we found the one that met our criteria and budget.
