Dan was personable, knowledgeable and met ours needs as far as getting us into any homes we were interested in very quickly. One in particular that had just come on the market he told us about while out looking at another property, we proceeded to go and do a drive by and wanted to get in right away. Dan was already on his way back to his office when we asked him to turn around, he came immediately, made some calls and got us right in. We made an offer over the asking price but unfortunately the seller wanted to go through their open house and 4 other offers. Someone must of outbid us. Glad in the long run. We continued to look at other places and found our home. Dan sealed the deal and we have moved in. Great open concept and the perfect finished basement/man cave. Dan was outstanding to deal with. He responded immediately to emails. He was always willing to answer any questions we had. We worked with him on a short sale which involved an auction site. Dan monitored the site and put the winning bid in for us when we weren't available to do it. He was always very pleasant whenever we had to meet with him. I would highly recommend Dan.

Dan was very helpful throughout the entire process. He made it as easy as possible for me. Any issues with the house were brought to my attention on the first showing, so as to not have any surprise "donkey-kick" issues or such pop up. I would highly recommend Dan and will definitely call him for any future real estate endeavors.

Dan, was very helpful with all aspects of my home purchase. Dan took his time and housing market knowledge and provided us with advise to best suit our needs. Dan was also able to provide access to other outside contacts for home inspections and town guidelines before our final decision to purchase a piece of property. Dan is very professional and has his clients needs first.

Dan was there for us through the whole home buying process. He helped us with things we didn't even think of. He mentioned getting our fireplace in our new home cleaned as part of the purchase and sales. We found out once it was cleaned the seller had to replace the lining. This was a $4,500 repair that we would have had to deal with that we didn't think about. His service was awesome. Dan was friendly and always ready to answer questions. If we buy another property he is the first call we will make.

Dan exhibited the very best in professional service and was very knowledgeable, guiding my spouse and I (first-time home buyers) through a five month process—from when we first began looking at houses to when we closed on our home. Dan managed a rental property for me and as a PM he was exceptional. He was responsive, thorough, and always paid attention to detail. He made renting what had previously been our primary residence a painless experience. Fast forward 6 years and he listed the same home for sale. Again, his professionalism ensured a seamless transaction. My only complaint is that I can't clone Dan. I would absolutely recommend Dan for both property management or as a listing agent. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with him and will definitely seek him out again for our future home needs.

Dan was the best real estate broker anyone could ask for. I had a duplex that was 2 condos. He understood the legal setup and did all the listing work for me. He constantly showed both sides with ample notice. In short order he had both sides under agreement and negotiated price and conditions better than I would have. His efforts did not stop there but followed through to closing while I had moved far south. In short, he went further to help me than expected and I was able to clear way more than expected.
