Danielle showed us many properties over two days while my wife and I were on a house-hunting trip to Florida. We found one house in particular in Ormond Beach we liked very much, but my wife was not quite ready to "pull the trigger" on a relocation just yet. Danielle represented us in our home search in the Palm Coast area. We appreciated her patience as we were slow deciders and looked at many properties. Her negotiation skills were outstanding resulting in a substantial savings in both price and the cost of some repairs. She had excellent communication skills and had the contacts we needed (home inspector, etc.). She initially was a little less familiar with Palm Coast as opposed to further south, but did the legwork, and I am sure she has gained the knowledge she needs. She went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend her for her work ethic and integrity.
