I am owner and employing broker at Orson Hill Realty . I can help you with any size real estate transaction but specialize in luxury homes and horse properties. I am a broker for Evergreen , Conifer , Cherry Creek and Cherry Hills Village. . I am not here to make sure your deal goes through at any cost. I am not here to just ‘close the deal'. I am here to help you make one of the biggest decisions of your life. It seems like many real estate agents these days don't seem to understand what people are looking for in a Realtor. It seems like everyone and their cousin decided to be Realtors and we lost our quality control. The market has more real estate agents than listings. Before I became a professional broker I dealt with many different real estate agents in many different states. I learned what to not and more importantly what not to do.
