Broker Dave Csira has been on a mission to provide an extraordinary, boutique real estate service since 2005. Back then, after a 20-year career as the co-founder and COO of a 2.5 billion tech company with 15,000 employees, Dave wanted to spend less time in airplanes and hotels, and more time with his family. His wife, who was an agent at the time, urged him to get his license, and the rest is history.
Although Dave has closed more than 400 complex transactions since then, real estate has never been just about the numbers for him. Once he understands where his clients are coming from, Dave puts his heart and soul into delivering what they want and need. He understands that buying or selling a house is a milestone event, and he steadily applies his local knowledge and industry expertise to achieve successful outcomes. Dave’s clients also benefit from the analytical approach he honed during his former career — when results were measured by key performance indicators and staying relevant required continuous improvement.
Dave has an unyielding drive toward excellence. He has earned the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors®, which gives him advanced training in technology and sales, as well as regulatory and legal issues. He’s also a Director of the Laguna Board of Realtors®, served as President in 2019, and spent several years on the Professional Standards Committee.
Dave is also deeply inspired by South Orange County. When the New Jersey-native transferred to USC in the late 1970s, he fell in love at first sight, and he’s excited for every client to experience all it has to offer — from its unparalleled natural beauty to its bustling economy. His love of the community extends into his outreach efforts, which include nine years on the board of the Laguna Canyon Foundation. When not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and six children. He’s an avid crossfitter and unwinds by reading, woodworking, sailing, and hiking.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dave on several real estate transactions. He is the consummate professional who knows the real estate market inside and out. He is meticulous in his research and takes the realtor duties to the next level. When you are selecting a realtor to list your home, don't make the mistake of going with the realtor that gives you the highest price. You will likely pay for it with a listing that sits on the market too long and forces you to keep lowering your price. Get it done right the first time. Dave will do the research and tell you what you need to hear not what he thinks you want to hear. At Dave's suggestion, we staged the home, added some paint and revamped the yard. I think we put 26k into it but the house got a cash offer within 5 days and we set a new record for the highest sale price in the neighborhood since the financial crisis! He works hard, he knows how to market homes, he has a lot of connections and is always in touch with potential buyers to bring to your home. Go with Dave. You won't be disappointed.

I've known and worked with many realtors over the years. I was fortunate to meet Dave Csira in association with a recent transaction and was really impressed. I've never seen someone in this capacity so dedicated, patient, level-headed, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and overall decent. Also dogged and persistent when necessary. He was a pleasure to work with and in fact I invited him to consider being involved in future transactions where conceivable.How best to put this: I'm not easy to please, have high expectations, expect honesty and integrity which is not always the case in this sector (and others, lamentably...). Dave met and exceeded all expectations. In addition to all this, he's modest, has a great sense of humor, and readily acknowledges the limits of his expertise, knows who to call if or when that is a possible issue.I would recommend Dave in the strongest possible terms.

I listed my Mothers house for sale with Dave. From the very beginning of the process, we noticed that Dave was not like other realtors. He provided service beyond our expectations and allowed us to tap into his treasure trove of knowledge about the local market. We purchased our home during the Covid-19 SIP. It was a complex process to say the least. Dave is knowledgable, calm, thoughtful, creative, service-oriented, helpful, kind, determined, wise and just plain awesome. In addition to dialing-in what we were looking for, coaching and helping us through the process, providing suppliers to assist (lending, escrow, maintenance, etc.) he also shows up to help unload the Pod. Huh? Who does that!?! Could not be more delighted and if you choose to not use Dave Csira well you were warned, you could have worked with the best.
