Dave has always been very responsive and usually answered any questions or concerns in minutes. With his years of experience, he usually already has the knowledge to answer questions, but if not, he will take the effort to find out. He’s also very direct and to the point and professional. He has helped us to sell 2 houses and buy 2 others.

I selected Dave to work as my buyer's agent because he has a lot of experience in the Indianapolis metro real estate market. He also had knowledge specific to my personal situation, and worked with me on my unusual needs in a home. I was making a move from out of state, and had to shop for homes from 1,000 miles away. His knowledge of Indy and willingness to show me homes all over town helped me immensely. He kept me out of bad neighborhoods, and I found exactly the kind of home I wanted.When transacting real estate, often things happen on tight schedules. Dave was very responsive to my inquiries (even during a very important family-related trip), and set up an on-line portal for me that got listings into my hands the moment they were published. This allowed me to move faster than other prospective buyers and get the home I wanted under contract.

Dave was very responsive, from the moment I reached out. He set me up with a very helpful mortgage professional and the two of them combined made this first time home buying experience easy! When we were ready to look at houses, Dave would always respond within minutes letting me know when we could look at it, or if it had been sold already. He also offered his opinion on areas that we should avoid based on the local crime rate or the quality of school system. Overall, I feel that Dave helped us narrow down the best location and the best house, for the best price. Dave stands behind his clients and expects the best because he provides the best.

Dave is a marvelous realtor, I am so happy that my friends pointed me in his direction, and now I know! He goes above and beyond to make the entire process go so smoothly. Dave did a fantastic job on handling the sale of our home. He was incredibly responsive--we were 3 times zones away during the sale but he would answer pretty much any time of the day or week when we called. He was on top of other homes of comparable size and value to help us set expectations appropriately and kept us updated as homes were put on the market. As we had offers, he would offer suggestions which were very helpful in balancing what we hoped to get with the reality of the market. We were also part of a corporate relocation move and he helped with responses back to our relo company which saved me a lot of time. We would recommend Dave without hesitation.

We wish we had another 5 starts to give Dave. We were in a tricky situation, having to sell our home, in a new neighborhood that was still being built out. We spoke to several other realtors before calling Dave. Everyone else cautioned us, almost immediately, that because the builder was still producing houses in our neighborhood our home would not sell. Dave, although very clear this could be challenging, was very confident he could get our home sold. And in a very slow time, over Christmas and New Years, Dave sold our home in 3 weeks!There are a lot of good Realtors out there. We spoke to several great oneS before Dave. But, at the end of the day Dave came in and was clear, confident, and delivered when we needed him too. If you want your house sold, CALL DAVE!
