About Dave Piccolo

With over 26 years of real estate experience I have sold over $250 million in homes representing over 650 families buy or sell existing homes and those preferring new construction. I am originally from Chicago and graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Finance. I specialize in new construction, buyers, sellers, relocation and Historic Indy Neighborhoods.
