About Dave Thomas

Dave Thomas is a full time, full service professional real estate agent and consultant with proven market knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills.  His deep analytical skills and use of proven systems and models give his clients the best opportunities to buy and sell at their optimal price.  Some areas where Dave excels are: helping clients who are downsizing, or as he puts it, “right-sizing”, and working with those who are selling one home and buying another manage both transactions to ensure a smooth transition.

He has lived and worked in the McKinney/Allen area for over 20 years and is highly familiar with the area.  Dave recognizes that buying and/or selling a home is one of the most important decisions in his clients’ lives, and works with his clients to develop a plan that includes helping them anticipate and manage the many emotions involved with the process.  He prioritizes making the transaction as seamless as  possible by providing the highest level of personalized service.  Dave’s business thrives on integrity, trust, and his desire to help each client meet their goals and realize their dreams.  His personality provides a level of warmth and care that will help you know that he is on your side and will always be there for you.

Affiliating with Keller Williams Allen was a decision that Dave researched extensively.  He choose Keller Williams Allen because of their superior education and experience, their proven systems and models, and their culture of collaboration and teamwork that leads the Keller Williams Allen location, to be one of the top few real estate agencies in all of Collin County.  As the largest brokerage in the world, Dave’s association with Keller gives his clients an extensive network of agents, buyers and listings around the world that no other brokerage can match.  Keller Williams incentivizes their agents to work together instead of competing, and this creates a winning team of support for all of Keller Williams clients and their agents.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Dave received his Bachelors degree in Business from San Diego State University.  He is a deeply devoted community activist who has been associated with volunteers such as Smiles Concert that build homes for wounded veterans, and The Samaritan Inn which provides housing for the homeless less fortunate in our community.

We understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why our team of highly-seasoned real estate professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of our clients. We take great pride in the relationships we build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
