I have been a resident of Chattanooga for more than 30 years and love the area.  Having graduated from college with an accounting degree, I dove in to public accounting with Deloitte and Touche where I obtained my CPA certification.  After about 5 years, I moved into the private sector to serve as the Controller/CFO for a family owned mail order company where I grew with the Company over the next 20 years.

Though new to the James Company, I am not new to the real estate arena.  Having owned several investment properties individually and as part of a development company, I am attuned to the specific goals and needs of both the buyer and seller of real estate.  In this current economic environment, good solid investments that generate cash flow and have high potential for long term appreciation have great appeal.  I specialize in sifting through the wide variety of properties on the market place and finding those gems.
