My husband and I had an outstanding experience purchasing a home with Dave Franzoni. He is knowledgeable, reliable, easy to work with and he gets the job done. He knows the area extremely well and knows the properties on the market. If it wasn't for Dave we wouldn't have been able to purchase this home. He was timely in getting in our bid and an excellent negotiator. We were fortunate. We also sold a home with Dave and had the same outstanding experience. If we ever have any future real estate transactions we would think of Dave first. He is such a hard worker and knows how to get results. My husband and I would highly recommend Dave Franzoni.

Dave is not only a 'go to' guy, he gets things done with little fanfare and bravado. He truly works for 'you' his client on both the 'sell' and the 'buy end... one thing that impressed me was his willingness to deal with the other 'realtors' to make sure that things run and end smoothly.His knowledge of localities goes down to the 'street' level as well as the bigger 'town' picture. He also is quite knowledgeable on construction/maintenance issues which, realistically, helped me quite a bit in selection and selling of homes. DAve also has an innate ability to 'price' a home to sell quickly and not be held back by an unrealistic, ego-centric price. Mine sold the first day, with the first couple through - all were pleased and happy.Stress - mine was reduced significantly with him taking the lead.

Dave works very hard! He always responds right away anytime of day or night. I've bought 4 houses with Dave and each time I feel like I'm his only client. Dave is one of the top realtors for a reason. Dave is now a life long friend!
