Dave worked with me as a buyer's agent on the purchase of a home for over 1 year. He was not pushy as some real estate brokers are. His main concern was finding me the home I wanted. His insight and consul helped in every aspect of the process which resulted in the purchase of the right home. If you are looking for an agent that puts your needs above his/her commission, then I highly recommend David Siwy.

Dave was a huge help in assisting me in buying my first investment property. I was very happy with how knowledgeable and helpful he was throughout the whole process. Having investment experience himself and also having been involved in the mortgage industry, he was able to answer questions that other realtors I have worked with were unable to answer.
