David is a native to the Danville area having been raised just across the border in Pelham, NC. It was in Danville where David landed his first job and learned the importance of hard work. David is a husband, father, deacon, son, brother, friend, traveler, reader, and Realtor. His clients are so much more than buyers and sellers of real estate, they are family. David enjoys every opportunity helping his clients accomplish their goals. David is a graduate and proud alumnus of the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and is full of AGGIE PRIDE! He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Information Technology and held several leadership positions throughout his career in corporate America with John Deere and Honda.

David oversaw several large projects as a project manager and IT analyst where he learned commitment, discipline, persistence, perseverance, and communication. A love and passion for details and providing solutions, David found his way into the real estate business in 2015 as a part-time Realtor but later realized the only way to master his field was to go all in. In September 2020 during the pandemic, David left corporate America to pursue real estate full-time and has helped numerous clients from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. When David’s not busy landing deals for his clients, you can find him spending time with his family, serving in his local church and community, or listening to classical and jazz music with a good book.
