David Weinthal Remax Florida David was the sellers agent and you would have thought he was my agent because he was very instrumental in me acquiring my new condo. His time, patience and the ability to go beyond his title made it possible for a extremely smooth transaction. Especially, for the fact that I live in New York and the condo I was purchasing was in Florida. Dave handled our unexpected stressful situation of having to sell our home with extreme compassion, patience and understanding in a very detailed, methodical and structured manner. He was very determined to sell our house by showing the house any time someone wanted to see it while still being considerate of the day and time that worked with our schedules. He also offered to and did have multiple open houses.His level of communication was over the top. He was in communication with us throughout the entire process almost on a daily basis and even while on vacation in Hawaii! We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor!

Dave was awesome!! He helped me find a place to rent for my sons while they took college online classes. He was not only SUPER knowledgeable about the area but also was a great listener. He asked me what I was looking for and then didn't waste a single second to deliver 2 perfect places. After reviewing both we picked one that is working out great. He was efficient, knowledgeable and beyond friendly. I felt when the transaction was done I felt like I had made a great friend in the Jupiter area!
