Dawn is exceptional. She knows the Narrowsburg area thoroughly and has lived here for over 30 years. When we purchased our home in 2020 she was very responsive and able to expedite the process, even in the midst of the COVID epidemic. She showed us the first home we asked about, which wasn't right for us, and then asked if we'd like to see a few others. The very next one she showed us was perfect and we made an offer that was accepted a couple of days later. Dawn is straightforward and candid, we felt we could trust her from the beginning, and we were never disappointed. We remain neighbors and friends in Narrowsburg and recommend her without any reservation. If you're thinking of buying a house here you cannot do better than having Dawn be your guide as she was for us.
