You simply cannot use Dawn for property management. Communication and responsiveness is zero, my property was left with holes and issues never raised to me and security deposit was returned against my expressed wishes to not do so. I don’t like writing negative reviews but just about anyone would do a better job of managing your property.

Dawn was our agent for buying a home in Richmond Hill, Georgia. She listened to us regarding what we had in mind for location and price. She didn't send us to see houses that would not interest us and she kept us informed in the entire process.

Dawn didn't push us to select any one place but listened to our comments. We were moving from NC and she was mindful that we had a narrow time frame for choosing a home and for being available for meetings. She offered options for us for choosing a mortgage agent. She worked with us to set up closing meetings when I was still in NC and my husband was in GA. She answered all questions regarding the process for purchasing a house in a state with which we were unfamilar.

We could not have been more pleased with her services. Dawn was friendly, professional, and always on time. I would recommend her as an agent without hesitation.

Dawn was an excellent realtor to work with and more especially she is a kind hearted person who cares about helping your family. We decided to sell our house when we found out that we were PCSing to a foreign country. We were working on a short time frame of 45 days before we had to report. Dawn came recommended from friend of ours, and from our initial meeting, her professionalism and knowledge of the industry was very apparent. She worked with us to list the house at a price that we felt comfortable with and that fit within the market analysis for our neighborhood. One of the scariest feelings to me was knowing that I was about to leave the country and there were still things that needed to be done at the house so it could sell. Our house needed some touch ups done to it before it was ready to be shown. She has assembled a team of true professionals that can come in and do everything from cleaning to major repairs. So after the movers came, the boxes were packed and loaded, and we were working up until last night packing our 10 suitcases for travel next morning, Dawn came by to say goodbye to us and said don't worry about your house I will take care of everything. She sure did! She brought her team in and they took care of everything in less than a week. She updated me on everything that was going on with the house and every time showed. She let me know that we were about ready to get an offer on the house and sure enough we did. I was amazed at how quick she was able to get our house sold and get it closed. Dawn will make it happen for you like she did for me if you give her the chance. She has our highest recommendation, both as a realtor and a truly kind and caring person. I can't thank her enough for what she's done for my family.
