I began my professional career as a Registered Nurse and that nurturing style transformed into being a full time mother and eventually into the Real Estate business in 2006. I have been a Real Estate professional for 10 years. I am proud to say that I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and actively involved in Real Estate in both North and South Carolina. Though located and actively involved in Pawleys Island, and the Grand Strand, I also remain active with the South Brunswick Islands and their pristine beaches and, of course, their distinctive ocean front properties.

One of my passions is researching and finding unique and potentially undervalued properties - whether they are limited amenity lots, Ocean, Marsh, Golf Course or even Intracoastal waterway properties. The over-development prior to the recession left the Coastal Carolinas with thousands of developed lots and I have the unique ability and the research tools to help my clients discover properties that are well suited for their needs, and present a significant value in the market place.

Also, being married to a high end custom homebuilder has given me a unique insight into the process of homebuilding. Start to finish, from the acquisition of the perfect home site to matching a client's taste with their particular needs and then merging those requirements with their budget.
