I've know Deborah now for 11 years as a personal friend. When my mom died, I asked Deborah to help in the sale of the house in Locust grove va. Deborah was very patient with us as we viewed several properties with little immediate progress. We were helping my mother downsize to a nice condo or small home. Deborah understood both our desire to negotiate the process quickly and to find a place that would help my mother feel safe and at home.

The bidding process went well and her use of electronic signatures, while daunting for my Mom, really expedited things once we all got used to it.

I do not know where to begin.....because she is just amazing...Deborah Edwards is the best agent anyone would wish to have. We have gone through 2 Mortgage companies to get a loan on our house. One of the mortgage company was unethical in many ways, and end up closing business. Deborah stayed by our side and was very honest when things did not look legal, and guided us toward the second Mortgage company. Since April 2014, she has worked with us, for us, and never stopped fighting for us. We closed last week and finally we can call a beautiful house.... our home. Deborah sold our house in Caroline County in 2012. She made the process very easy and worked very well with the lenders and buyers. I am now in the process of trying to rent/purchase a new places in Hanover with her help. She is very easy to work with. Debra is very knowledgeable and skilled. She was also very responsive in selling our home as well as finding the perfect house and location for us. She was aggressive in marketing our property and getting us the best possible price. After all was said and done she followed back up with us to make sure we were happy and the whole process went well with selling and buying our new house.

While visiting family for the Holidays in 2010 we decided that since we were both retired that we would look for a home in the Richmond, VA area. Living in the NY/NJ area we did not know who to contact. We were looking online to get an idea of what was available and came across Deborah's listing for a home in our nieces community in Mechanicsville so we contacted her. As it turns out, the listing we originally looked at was not for us but Deborah had done her homework before meeting with us and she had three or four other listings available for us to look at. Well needless to say, we started looking in Dec 2010 and moved into our new home in Feb 2011. We could not be happier with Deborah's knowledge and guidance throughout the entire process andher follow ups thereafter.
