About Deborah Emello & Lee Pagani

DEBORAH

I grew up in Belmont and, with my husband, have raised our 4 children here, along with assorted chickens and cats. I attended the Belmont public schools, Wheaton College, BU School of Law and BU Graduate School of Management.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I was a partner in a Brookline law firm focusing my practice in real estate law and estate planning and administration. I utilize my knowledge of the Greater Boston real estate market and the skills gained in my legal career to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.

I have been involved in a variety of school and community organizations over the years and am currently on the Board of Directors of the Belmont Woman’s Club.

LEE

I grew up in Newton, and I absolutely love these communities in which I live and work. My husband Jorge and I live in Newton Corner where we have raised our three children. I attended Newton public schools, and graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Prior to real estate, I had a 25 year career as a sales executive in the health care industry, which cultivated my passion for client focus, relationship building and transaction management; skills which I continue to call upon each and every day.
