Focused on serving her clients with dedication and discretion, Deborah Ference-Gray began her career as a real estate sales associate in 1990 when she joined David Ogilvy & Associates. In June 2019, she joined Sotheby’s International Realty. For 30 years she has successfully navigated the waters of real estate for her clients. She puts her clients’ interests first, identifies their goals, and makes their goals her own. Her personal interest in owning investment properties has provided experience and insight and has given her the vision of value when purchasing, pricing, or selling a property. Deborah also has extensive experience in building and renovating properties and is able to help clients through that process, from selecting an architect and builder to guiding their way through town hall.

Deborah graduated from Wheaton College with a bachelor’s degree in urban studies, which has been invaluable in understanding the development of communities. A Greenwich resident since 1986, Deborah is married with two sons who were born and raised in Greenwich, and who attended both public and private schools. She has been an active member of the Greenwich community and its various organizations.
