About Debra Gallo-

Debi began her real estate career in Glastonbury, Connecticut in the late ’80s. She has been working and living in Cornelius, NC for the past 20 years. There she earned the title Lake Norman Golf & Waterfront Expert. In 2012, Debi exclusively represented the buyer in the purchase of Chateau Lyon, the most expensive home ever built on Lake Norman, NC. 

In 2021 Debi expanded her business model to the Carolina Coast. As a graduate from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, she earned the title Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Debi is excited to serve the area of Southport and the surrounding coast. 

When not selling fine properties, Debi enjoys hot yoga, boating and golfing. She and her husband, Barry, look forward to investing in the Southport community and beyond.
