Debra helped me find a new home while I was in the process of relocating to Michigan for a new job opportunity. Her help during the entire process all the process was exceptional! She was able to provide valuable insights on the market and homes we were working. Once she had an idea of the kind of home(s) I was looking for, she provided great recommendations that allowed us to see them right as they came on the market (and then make an offer). Easy to work with, communication was great, got me more than I expected, highly recommend. She helped with any little repairs and let me know what makes the most sense for listing. Made the process very simple and easy. If I sell another home I will surely contact her again.

I received Debra's contact info and gave her a call. She met with me that day and gave me some points on how to make the home more appealing to a buyer and getting the best price for it. Debra is amazing. She is so knowledgable about real estate, construction, inspections and what it takes to get the house sold. I bought my house 5 years ago with her and just sold it with her and I trust her every step of the way. I was out of state during the sale processes and I knew had nothing to worry about. As a seller and a buyer I have to do my part too, but was confident in her professionalism and the process.

Debra was amazing. My sister passed away and I had to sell her house. Debra was very compassionate and explained everything step by step. Debra was very resourceful with the repairs I needed to complete. She took time to guide me through the offer and what my options were after the inspections had been completed. Debra was very professional. She sold me my house because I had to move back from out of state. When my parents needed to downsize I got her to help them. She got the a great deal. And continued to help them with their new home even after the purchase. She also worked hard to help them declutter. Excellent communication skills for difficult clients. And older ones that have a hoarding problem. I really appreciate her real estate agent experience as well as her kindness and patience with my parents.
