I can't say enough good things about working with Debra! From the start, she had done her research. She is driven and knows how to navigate the complexity of real estate transactions. She is a born problem solver, not only from the seller perspective, but she was even helping the buyers agent with situations and solutions! Debra confidently listed my home above what other realtors were suggesting, but Debra knew what she was doing and how to read the market! Knowing where the market "is at" and not just where it has been is crucial! Not only was she confident in her pricing, but we even sold above the asking price within 3 days of listing! Debra is hands-on and proactive! She goes above and beyond what other realtors do to advertise and market your home! We had interested buyers from out of state as well as several local families. The offer that we ended up accepting was from Debra personally marketing directly to everyone in my neighborhood. She offered my neighbors a non-public open house before the general public was allowed inside.
