We selected Debbie to be our realtor after interviewing several others and I know we made the right choice. She went above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor to sell my late brother's house, it was sold quickly and for more than we expected. She jumped through hoops to verify that the closing went through on time just as the pandemic hit and affected the market. We saw how she handled herself with our neighbor who was trying to sell on his own. She came in and in a matter of weeks it sold. We contact her when we wanted to sell and she worked with us to present our home in a prestige manner. She had a professional photographer take pictures and post them. Most important to us she explained all the cost and the steps. We received an offer on the first day which we accepted. She was there to answer all our questions even after the closing. Debbie is very professional and responsible.

Debbie was the most efficient and professional agent I have ever dealt with. I needed to find information about a house quickly because houses in the Villages go very fast. She went to the house and did face time with us. We live in a different state so we were not able to go to the house. She found out everything about the house and we put a contract on it contingent on going to see the house. We now have a home in the Villages. We can't thank Debbie enough. She's the Best.

Debbie is professional, personable, and went above and beyond to assist us in finding our new home. She listened to our needs, preferences, what we did not want, what we must have, and provided us with a list of homes to look at, updated the list everyday, and quickly showed us the homes that we chose to look at. She was objective in her input and never pushy. She was there for the inspection and there for the re-inspection after the repairs. She was always available for questions and concerns throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough about how Debbie conducts her real estate business. She is the best !!!!!
