I have not had to use the services of a Real Estate agent for over 30 years so to say the least I was lost. Debi Pope of Century 21 Town and Country was recommended for the agent for the sale of the church in Lincolnton, NC. It was the recommendation and her reputation that brought me to enlist her services. After talking a few minutes and hearing her research and price suggestion I knew she was the right agent. She was diligent at researching other churches that sold and those currently for sale in the greater area and suggested a good asking price. There was an offer in the first week. The neighborhood resisted a zoning change but Debi kept working. She is knowledgeable, and has always available for me to ask questions. She has made the sale process a lot easier than I imagined. To say the least this was an overall great experience! I knew from the moment Debbie came and did a home evaluation and went over the contract that I had found a trustworthy agent. She kept excellent communication throughout the whole process and that was key for me because I like to stay informed. I was able to sell my home with very little hassle.
