Recommended by my divorce lawyer, Dee brought years of experience working with divorcing couples, skillfully navigating complicated sales, purchases, and moves without batting an eye. The two most significant things Dee brought to the table were:1. A one-stop-shop for all services needed to get the house on the market. She has long-term, excellent relationships with movers, stagers, contractors, etc. and I didn't need to worry about who I was getting. They all brought the same level of professionalism and pride in their work as Dee. 2. The kindest, most compassionate, personality, plus a ton of positive energy. Dee is great to work with, very responsive and pro-active. She makes herself available to answer your questions about the property or the process at all times. She knows the area quite well and after she gets an idea of what you are looking for, she shows you properties that would appeal to you greatly. She has a ton of contacts when it comes to inspection and repairs and is able to find you someone who could quickly get the task done and keep the process moving. I greatly recommend working with Dee for your home purchase or sale.
