DeLisa is an excellent realtor. She is very knowledgeable of the Huntsville area, and works very hard to get what you are looking for. She worked to get a house that we thought originally could not be bought using VA. We went with a VA renovation loan, and she worked hard to find contractors to help with renovations.

We have owned more than 10 homes and have used realtors from Texas to New Jersey and all over the SouthEast. DeLisa is a true FULL SERVICE realtor. When you think why should I hire a realtor, DeLisa is the reason you hire a realtor. She knows the market, the area, the process. She handled all the little stuff that has to be done; termite inspection, appraisal, home inspection. All that little stuff is little- when YOU don’t have to make sure it is done. She will schedule all that, meet them at the property, wait on them when their late, etc. Great Realtor!

Working with DeLisa Locke as the selling agent was hands-down one of the worst real estate experiences imaginable. She’s rude, aggressive, completely unprofessional, and treats negotiation like a screaming match. Fairness? Not in her vocabulary. And just in case you question her inflated pricing, don’t worry — her husband’s an appraiser, so obviously he knows the value of every house on Earth. It’s less of a transaction and more of a power trip. Sellers, do better. Buyers, beware.

This woman was literally a ram in the bush for me! I spoke to someone who managed an apartment complex and asked if she were to purchase a home. Who would she recommend. She didn't even allow me to finish, and she said, "DeLisha Locke." I thought, "Well, that settles that!" I'm so thankful because DeLisha is very professional yet personable. The entire home buying process will have you on pins and needles, but having a realtor that answers all of my questions and is there with you every step of the way definitely helps. Delisa has represented my husband and I in three different transactions over the last 6 years.
