I have bought and sold numerous houses in 3 different states, and hands down, DeLisa Locke is the best realtor I have ever had! She possesses a wealth of knowledge about real estate, the current market, and how to address any issues that may arise during the process of buying/selling a house. The best thing about her is that you feel like you have an advocate who will fight for you and what you deserve. Other realtors will do the bare minimum to get the deal done and move on, but DeLisa will ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish and beyond! I would highly recommend her!

This woman was literally a ram in the bush for me! I spoke to someone who managed an apartment complex and asked if she were to purchase a home. Who would she recommend. She didn't even allow me to finish, and she said, "DeLisha Locke." I thought, "Well, that settles that!" I'm so thankful because DeLisha is very professional yet personable. The entire home buying process will have you on pins and needles, but having a realtor that answers all of my questions and is there with you every step of the way definitely helps. Delisa has represented my husband and I in three different transactions over the last 6 years. From purchasing our first home in 2019, to building a custom home in the middle of Covid (that took two years to complete) to selling our first home that we leased out for a year most recently. She is the most trustworthy and honorable person. There is no doubt in my mind that she will always go above and beyond to do the right thing. She is a wonderful realtor and wonderful person! Working with DeLisa Locke as the selling agent was hands-down one of the worst real estate experiences imaginable. She’s rude, aggressive, completely unprofessional, and treats negotiation like a screaming match. Fairness? Not in her vocabulary. And just in case you question her inflated pricing, don’t worry — her husband’s an appraiser, so obviously he knows the value of every house on Earth. It’s less of a transaction and more of a power trip. Sellers, do better. Buyers, beware.

DeLisa and Morris Locke constantly went above and beyond my expectations to make sure our home buying experience was as pleasant and smooth as possible.
