Delores is, by far, one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. She cares about the client, she has a very can-do attitude, and she's willing to go the extra mile to ensure that she has served her client well. If we ever buy in the area again, we will definitely seek her out to be our realtor.

We worked with Delores several years ago in purchasing and then selling a home. When we went to look for another home this year, we called Delores again since we had been very pleased with working with her previously. We were not disappointed. In fact, we made an offer and closed on the home in 10 days. She can get the job done!

Delores White does an outstanding job, and I have purchased two rental cabins from her. I initially got to know Delores on a foreclosure deal where she showed her knowledge on the foreclosure side of the business. The bank ended up not accepting my offer, but this experience helped me to start a relationship with Delores. Since then, I have purchased my first rental cabin that has gross over my projections as Delores thought it would. In Dec 2015, Delores helped me to identify and purchase a second rental cabin. She is very knowledgeable and caring for her clients. She is always very responsive to my many questions. She even helped me to avoid a mistake with a cabin when her recommended inspector found foundation issues on top of sewage issues at one property. After purchasing my most recent property, the neighbor was trying to claim land that was my property. I called Delores and got the actual plat plans from Sevier County. Delores is also very good at knowing what a seller will accept for an offer. Another thing that I did not mention is that I purchased these cabins from out of town about nine hours away. Delores helped me with setting up all of the utilities. She even went out of her way to take measurements on a window frame where I was going to put up a home theater screen. In addition, she let in a hot tub salesmen for measuring my porch for installing a hot tub. With her years of experience, she knows the market. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Delores. She is excellent at this profession, and you will not be disappointed in Delores.

We lucked out when we chose Delores to represent us in buying our house in the Smoky Mountains. She is very knowledgeable of the areas around where we looked. She gave us her insights as to why the house may have been on the market for and what changes we could make to increase the value. We would highly recommend Delores!!

Delores has excellent knowledge of the Sevier County area and both the private residence and rental property markets. We were familiar with the area, but from out of town and Delores helped us a great deal in making a decision to purchase and getting us through the process from contract to closing, which was not necessarily a given in this case. We did not know her prior to our calling her about the property that we purchased, but will definitely call her if we decide to purchase additional property in the area. After all was closed, we are very happy with the service and communication Delores provided as buyers and we LOVE the property.
