Denise is an award-winning sales associate who offers her clients an unprecedented level of service and is an excellent source of local information as a longtime Mendham resident. She began her real estate career in 2001 and has been a consistent NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award, achieving Gold Level status in 2017, 2019 & 2020. Before entering the real estate field, Denise worked in human resources with Dunn & Bradstreet. She received her B.S. degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. The skills she learned early in her career, namely the ability to work well with many different personalities, negotiate, and remain calm in high-pressure situations, have also been assets in her sales associate position.
Denise is a team player who enjoys helping others, whether it's assisting buyers in their search for a dream home or guiding sellers through the sale of their home. A resident of Mendham since 1990, Denise previously lived in West Orange and grew up in Massachusetts. She is closely involved with many community organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Mendham's Harvest Hustle and she served for ten years on the Mendham Recreation Committee, where she ran the ski club for eight years.
In her free time, Denise enjoys cooking, entertaining, spending time with her family, traveling, going to the gym, skiing, and attending Broadway shows and rock concerts with John, her husband of 37 years. Their family consists of four young adults, Phil, Erin, Rob, and Dan, and their family dogs Lilly and Smokey.

Denise was outstanding in advising and assisting us in preparation for putting our home of 30 years on the market. She invited colleagues to tour the property and confer together on the best asking price. She consulted with us in creating a website to market our property, and she connected us with a professional stager, who made a significant difference in the overall presentation. Our home sold in three days at our asking price, and Denise helped moderate and negotiate questions from the buyer and their attorney. She was present for the walk-throughs, including the final day of our move, in order to say goodbye and wish us well. We could not have been more pleased and grateful for her professionalism and her friendship in helping us through this transition.

Denise is simply the best! I looked, prior to purchasing, for more than two years and Denise never rushed me or tried to push me into anything that wasn't right - her patience is unmatched. When we finally did find the right house, she made the process extremely smooth, was always available to answer questions or explain things to me, and was always extremely reassuring.
