I have been a Realtor for over 10 years, starting in January of 2010. I have been living in AA county most of my life, minus 2.5 years overseas, college educated here with a BA and a MBA, and have worked in a sales capacity for going on 16 years.
I have worked as a Realtor initially at Coldwell Banker for 4 years, then Remax for 4 years, and now am at a more local independent brokerage -Douglas Realty for 2 years. I am ready to serve you in whichever real estate needs you have, whether it be buying or selling, or renting or putting a house up for rent. It was an absolute pleasure working with Deniz. She’s extremely professional, kind, and patient. She walked us through the entire process and made our home buying experience a pleasant one. Deniz was open and honest. She was always easy to reach and available to answer our questions. It wasn’t always easy touring homes as a family of five with an infant, but Deniz was so patient and accommodating. At times she sat and played with our kids so my husband and I could do an additional walk through uninterrupted. Deniz understood our needs as a family and worked diligently to find us a home. We are so grateful for Deniz and we couldn’t be happier with our new home.

Deniz was great she was our second realtor after having a bad experience with our first one. We were a bit hesitant in the beginning of the process but she continued to work with us and build our trust with her. She wasn’t afraid to tell you if she thought it was a bad or good buy either. Being a first time home buyer I was incredibly lucky to have Deniz! She was patient, knowledgeable, and never failed to go the extra mile. She helped us with areas to look in and gave detailed routes of the best places to tour since we unfamiliar with the area. She walked us through each step of the buying process and explained it all. She works night and day to make sure that you are putting forward the best educated offer and get the home you want. I can’t wait to work with her again in the future.

As first time home-buyers, we were diving headfirst into the unknown! Deniz walked us through each part of the process and was so incredibly knowledgable in every aspect. She was very responsive and worked around mine and my husband’s work hours, sometimes working on documents with us late in the day! Deniz was detailed during our tours and very honest about the houses. We could really tell how much she cared through how hard she worked to find a home that would be the best fit for us. I highly recommend Deniz to anyone looking for a home in the Annapolis area!! I was a first time homebuyer from out of state. I had flown in for about a week to go house hunting, she set up walk throughs at a bunch of houses that I was interested in and helped me make the most of my time. She made the whole process easy for me as she walked me through each step. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and was able to give valuable advise on areas to look at, and what to do to make a competitive offer. She went above and beyond and helped me get the home I wanted.

Deniz wasn't my agent - she was my buyers' agent. BUT, I still felt like she was my agent. She was incredibly helpful, wonderfully communicative, extremely personable, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. I've sold two houses and bought another in the last 3 months, and she has been, by far, the best agent I've worked with on either side of the deal.Can't recommend her highly enough!
