My production in 2018 included 21 transactions and $6.2 million in sales volume. Eleven of those transactions were listings. All but one sold within a week. I have sold 84 houses in the last 5 years, all in the Northwest Valley.
I am a 1970 graduate of the University of Nebraska. My wife and I celebrated our 51st wedding anniversary in January. Our son, Justin, has worked in the real estate business in Arizona for 20 years and is my team partner.
