My resume includes 40+ years in the real estate business in one form or another....Residential sales; commercial sales in multi-million dollar office buildings; commercial development in the Scottsdale and Phoenix office-warehouse markets; Commercial property management and leasing.  I worked as an investment advisor in commercial real estate for high net worth individuals.  Licenses held over the years include registered representative, registered principal, registered investment advisor and real estate licenses in Nebraska and Arizona.   I currently advise investors who wish to renovate and resell residential properties.  I have many years’ experience marketing real estate and negotiating the best deal for my clients.

My production in 2018 included 21 transactions and $6.2 million in sales volume.  Eleven of those transactions were listings.  All but one sold within a week.  I have sold 84 houses in the last 5 years, all in the Northwest Valley.

I am a 1970 graduate of the University of Nebraska.  My wife and I  celebrated our 51st wedding anniversary in January.  Our son, Justin, has worked in the real estate business in Arizona for 20 years and is my team partner.
