Derik has consistently gone above and beyond for me and my family. Initially, I called Derik to help me purchase a home. He was highly recommended from a close friend of mine. He knows Martin County like the back of his hand and he was always there when needed. Inevitably, there were some sticky spots in the home purchase and Derik helped me navigate through and looked out for my best interests. I was very happy in that home! When it eventually came time to sell that home, I called Derik again! Now he looked out for my best interests as the seller and sold my home quickly (during a worldwide pandemic nonetheless).
