Diana did a fabulous job in selling my beach cottage. From handling the listing, guiding us during the process to the actual execution of sale. She always responded to my texts and even coordinated the small repairs we needed to conduct from the walk thru. The icing on the cake was getting the city to correct our address to ensure mail for the new buyer.

4103 POLK ST. HOLLYWOOD, FL. 33021 Diana and her team came in and immediately updated the look of our home. She found a budget-friendly electrician, plumber, and handyman for me for work that had to be done so my house could pass inspection (which it did, with flying colors). Then she and her team did some inexpensive but very effective staging. My house never looked so good! We sold the house in less than 10-days. Diana is a real professional, and absolutely surpassed my expectations.
