My wife and I contacted Diane Brooks after working with 2 other realtors for more than a year without success. Right from the beginning, we observed her level of attention and commitment put toward our home search. Throughout, Diane was extremely timely with follow-up on requests and very thorough in providing detailed information on prospective homes. She was very efficient at selecting homes based on our search criteria and found our new home after only a few showings. This was a refreshing experience after so many failed attempts over the past year. Once our home was found, she unleashed her large network providing us with all the support we needed (inspection, expert quotes for repair cost estimates). She is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for her customers. We quickly realized that she has a lot of experience managing the hurdles, particularly when dealing with estate houses. Diane did an excellent job to sell my home within a very short period of time. We had an offer in the first week on the market. It allowed us to transit to new location smoothly. She responded my inquiries promptly with very knowledgeable answers. I definitely recommend her as a real estate agent.

The process of buying a home is not something we get used to. The level of stress and anxiety is greatly reduced when you have a great Realtor. One who listens, explains and helps you get not only the home you want, but at a price you an comfortable with. Diane Brooks is just such a realtor.

Diane Books was so prepared when she first arrived at our house. She had comparisons ready and suggested a good listing price.the listing went out on a Thursday evening and the first person that saw it bought it. We couldn't have any more pleased with Diane throughout the entire process.

Diane and her team were top notch from day 1 in our home search process.In a very limited market, Diane was able to find houses that met our needs and was prompt about setting up showings. At all times, Diane and her team were the source of constant communication. We never had to wonder what was going on. Diane helped my husband and I find and buy our dream home! We are relocating from Michigan to Indiana but because of Diane’s help we were able to present for the entire process even from two states away!From our initial conversation, Diane took the time to find out what we wanted in our new home and helped guide our search. This has been a historically challenging time to be a home buyer due to the current market but Diane guided us through the whole process. She always answered calls, texts, and emails promptly. She was willing to go to same day showings for us and do multiple FaceTime tours with us. She and her team really went above and beyond for our family. Diane and her team helped us sell our Fountain Square home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the selling process, which was critical since this was the first time we were selling a house ourselves.
