Diane helped my husband and I find and buy our dream home! We are relocating from Michigan to Indiana but because of Diane’s help we were able to present for the entire process even from two states away!From our initial conversation, Diane took the time to find out what we wanted in our new home and helped guide our search. This has been a historically challenging time to be a home buyer due to the current market but Diane guided us through the whole process. She always answered calls, texts, and emails promptly. She was willing to go to same day showings for us and do multiple FaceTime tours with us. She and her team really went above and beyond for our family. Besides that she is really just a lovely person. I would highly recommend her and if we ever move again I know we will call her!

Within the past 8 years, I have closed on 3 properties so far with Diane. If all goes well, I will also be closing on property #4 within the next few weeks. As an out of state investor, it can be challenging investing in an unfamiliar area but Diane makes the entire purchasing process so much easier with her superb knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, and honesty.
