Diane sold our grandson his first house and my wife and I were impressed. She listens well and is good at sizing up people and their expectations, on both sides of the bargaining table. She is up-to-date on market values and knows how to move property using various venues. She also seems to follow trends well, knowing where the market is and where it's going. Aside from professional skills, Diane is very personable too -- comfortable to be around and not intimidating if you happen to ask a dumb question. And, above all else, Diane has that quality which perhaps my wife and I look for first in anyone we're doing business with--honesty. We trust Diane.

Diane was competent, patient, direct and straightforward. Her input and guidance were direct and accurate and she did not rush us in any way or even hint at impatience while we figured out what we really wanted and what our comfortable financial limit was. We ultimately found a home that is not what I would have thought we would have fallen in love with, but thanks to Diane's encouragement to take our time, look at lots of homes we found an absolutely perfect home for our family and are beyond THRILLED with our home AND our location. Even though our relationship was initially professional, by the day we got the keys, I thought of Diane as a friend. She was wonderful.

It’s the person behind the real estate license that counts, and Diane Harrison is that one very special person. She assisted me in selling my home and found a buyer in two days! She also helped me find the perfect home for my family. She was able to coordinate both transactions to close at the same time and everything came together perfectly thanks to her expertise.

She is prompt and responsive by answering calls and emails and goes above and beyond due diligence during inspections, disclosures, and appraisals and throughout the whole buying/selling process.

Always professional in her approach, she nevertheless retained a personal touch throughout the process and was continually responsive to my needs.

She always made me feel like I was her top priority and was a delight to work with from the beginning to the end. If you want someone that has your best interests in mind, Diane is the one.

Diane LISTENS well and HEARS what her clients are looking for/looking to achieve.Diane ASKS important questions to further discern her clients goals and their needs.Diane KNOWS the market and KNOWS HOW to market your specific property.Diane is DETAIL-ORIENTED when it comes to paperwork and legal/loan requirements. She keeps her clients informed and on-track by laying out the details and facilitating their completion in a timely and professional manner. I recommended Diane Harrison to two friends. Diane is a seasoned/ very professional agent. She has a great working relationship with inspectors and the escrow company that was used in the purchase of our home. She made sure that our requests were heard, and was diligent in obtaining prompt responses and solutions. She was considerate of our circumstances and needs. Diane was a professional in everything she did for us. She answered questions and addressed any problems immediately so we always felt like we could count on her to take good care of us. We felt completely satisfied and happy with all she handled on our behalf. Because we were buying and moving there, we needed someone to pay special attention having documents sent to us for our signatures, and also sometimes, we needed a little kick to get them sent back to her as soon as possible. Diane kept us on point and she kept our escrow running smoothly so we didn't have to do anything but wait to get our key.
