My husband and I met Diane in 2008 when we were searching for our first home. We immediately felt comfortable with her, and felt confident with her skills and knowledge. She listened to our needs, and ensured that we were "happy" during the process and with the decisions we would make. She kept us informed during the entire process, was always able to answer our questions. No email or message we sent went unanswered. And she was always prompt in responding. When my husband and I decided to do an upgrade from our town home to a single family home a few months ago, we didn't hesitate to contact Diane again. We were even more impressed this time with her knowledge and connections. There are so many realtors out there for whom helping clients with real estate needs is a "side job." When dealing with Diane, I feel comfortable knowing that she is a full time professional agent, and one I consider an expert in the real estate field.

From the first point of contact to the signing of the contract, Diane Roberts went above and beyond my greatest expectations. She was knowledgeable, professional, and VERY easy to work with. There was no pressure what so ever to buy and I must have sent Diane over a hundred emails and she responded promptly to each and every emails, even when it was her time!! At the end we got exactly the home we wanted and we are very happy we had the privilege to work with Diane.

I would definitely recommend Diane Roberts. The service was beyond amazingI can only give Diane 5 stars, but she deserves 10!!!

In our case, both my wife and I were quite fortunate to have on our team someone of Ms. Roberts' caliber. She is indeed any home buyer dream realtor. I listed my property with Diane because I was told that she does a great job. Her professional advice helped me to get a contract on the property and her negotiation skills were key to complete the sale of the property. She caught crucial errors made by the buyers title company which would have costed me thousands of dollars! I would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a property.

What a pleasure it was to work with Diane. We purchased a condo in Miami Beach with her help. We were given her name by a mutual friend and feel as if we made a new one.
