This is an investment property, It came with a lease already in place. Income producer from day one. The process went smoothly and the tenant has been great.Awesome Job

Mr. Maclary was my real estate agent when I sold my last home. It was a 260 year old home in Smithfield and was a home that would have a limited pool of possible buyers. He was always available to help me, had other connections that made it easier when it did sell to move to my next home. His knowledge base is extensive and he is very good at negiotation skills. He had open houses, and was able to get a number of realtors in to see it with their clients. He has a delightful sense of humor and made me feel comfortable as I dealt with him. My home sold quickly and he also helped me find another home in Virginia Beach which I love. He shouldered a lot of the stress that I as a single woman was carrying over what would probably be the final home I ever buy. He did not try to sell me something above my means so I was not financially strapped into a mortgage. He is an aggressive agent who loves what he does, and loves helping others, and it shows. He is a man of integrity. I highly recommend him.

During a buyers market,i listed my home with Mr. Maclary and, it took less then thirty(30) days to sell.I might add that no other home has sold in Tarleton Oaks since then.

Don helped stage and got me to the correct price for the location I was in and coordinated that closing along with the closing on the new property that he helped me find. I love the new home.
