Real Estate Professional (42 years experience)
Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, Relocation, ConsultingMy professional satisfaction is having those many hundreds of very happy and appreciative clients in my many years in the Real Estate business. I always felt the Real Estate business itself is solely a service business with our purpose to serve. Very important to always without fail do the right thing without a consideration for anything else when dealing with others people's dreams and their hard earned money. The objective is to satisfy those dreams by listening to a client's needs and then compromising nothing short of a successful outcome for that client. My extensive experience and Real Estate service reputation in this business is what I have to offer and it is what keeps my client referral based business alive. I am not a "listing machine" or a "Buyer mill". I do a one to one business to fully understand what the client's needs are and to be able to properly serve the client who may be making the second most important decision in their life.

Starting a Real Estate career from a early age I made it a point to make my Real Estate career be as a much an adventure as a profession. In the mid seventies I started out in an A-Frame dwelling on the hwy in South Lake Tahoe as a residential lot salesman. Many times I would sell the lot and combine it with a home construction contract. When the homes were finished I would usually resale the completed home for the client. After a few years I had the opportunity to work for the "Pacific Hawaiian Land Acquisition Company" based in The San Francisco Bay area. Our very small company sold improved acreage subdivisions throughout Central and Northern California. In just three years we sold over 2000 parcels of inventory in three California locations so I returned to Lake Tahoe, this time to Incline Village, Nevada. I purchased 3 residential home site lots in Incline Village where I designed, personally drafted the plans, obtained engineering, financing and contracted the construction of three custom homes that were subsequently resold. In the Economic turmoil of 1980 (especially the Real Estate Market) I dropped out of the Real Estate business for two years to obtain my Bachelor's degree from the University of California San Diego in La Jolla. I emerged from Graduation and became a loan broker For Statewide Financial in Oceanside in the 80"s and then North County Mortgage in Carlsbad until the mid 90"s. As a mortgage home lender my job was to prequalify other Realtor's clients for home mortgages and their buying capabilities with an occasional refinance. During this time I also purchased in a three year span a total of 6 distressed properties located in Escondido and Oceanside where I personally rehabitated/ remodeled, and then resold them for profit. In 1998 I joined First American Real Estate and Mortgage as both a lender and Realtor combination. This proved to be a winning combination for my clients and I thrived strictly on a referral basis. In 2013 after much thought I chose not renew the required "National Mortgage Lenders System" (NMLS) certificate and to solely focus on the Real Estate resale business. After joining Berkshire California Properties Inc., I have been very appreciative of the massive amounts of support I receive from this organization. The legal team, the training, the notification of current changes in the industry, the marketing, and the pool of experience is a tremendous value for the client. The highest of quality service.
