Donavon listed and sold our home. We really enjoyed working with Donavon. He is very easy to work and knowledgeable about the area and the whole home selling process. He was very patient in answering our questions. He was very helpful in recommending a handyman and cleaning services. We were able to E-sign the majority of the documents. Donavon was awesome to work with. For a first time home buyer, he made it easy. I have already recommended him to several of my friends looking to purchase a home. He was responsive, patient, and made the best use of our time. While walking houses he pointed out all the necessary things and kept in mind my interest.

Such a wonderful experience. Donavon is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is able to pinpoint all of our wants and needs and stay within our budget. I wish more realtors would work with the same work ethic, determination, and finesse he has shown us.
