My move to the La Area/Inland Empire was very unexpected so I contacted a couple of agents on line. I gave two agents my criteria for what I was looking for and I really did not know the area. Donna's follow up was just fantastic she emailed me potential homes and created a wish list.When I finally came down to the the area for two days Donna was ready and set to go, she must have shown me 30 homes within 2 days (the other agent I communicated with explained to me he was only going to show me 3/4 homes a day max.... He also asked me to email him my pre-qualification from the bank??) Donna was not concerned about anything than showing me homes and setting up appointments with the home owners to show the home. I signed for my soon to be build new home after 24 hours of meeting Donna and her husband. I went back to San Francisco and during the 3 months of building the home Donna checked in with the builders on a regular basis and put a whole picture album together. The pictures showed the house being build with weekly progress pictures that I could access on line and shared with family and friends. Donna definitely went out of her way to make sure I was happy and the home buying experience was very pleasant. DONNA I never really thank you for everything you did, Thank you so MUCH!!

Donna helped my husband and I purchase our current home! She was able to get in touch with the Sellers Agent and get us first in line for our offer to be submitted. Thanks to her quick work and knowledge we were able to get out house! We would still be without a house if it wasn't for Donna.

Donna worked so hard and negotiated a short sale for us with a second mortgage on the loan. She went above and beyond what one would expect from their realtor in that she always put my best interests first...even when it meant that she might not make the sale and get her commission! She was great to work with and we highly recommend her!

Donna is a very professional realtor that looked out for the needs of my real estate transaction; not just another sale!
She was very helpful with my short-sale paperwork, appraisal and negotiations with the bank. Also did a wonderful job showcasing my home to attract buyers. Ultimately the house sold with a short-sale offer the bank approves thanks in large part to Donna's hard work.
