We had a difficult purchasing experience with the bank and Donna was helpful and stepped up to the loan officer when he was out of line to the point she stopped using him as one of her loan officers after closing on our home. She is open to ideas and willing to look at properties that are out of the norm.

I have now worked with Donna 2 times. Once with my friend and now with my daughter and her husband. It was Donna's wonderful care and patience with working with my friend that inspired me to have my daughter contact her to find their perfect house and Donna did not let me down. She is absolutely the best I have seen and her easy going attitude made looking at houses super fun. I am also having her list my mom.and.dads house in the spring because I know my parents will be in the best possible hands. Thanks Donna for not only being great at what you do, but for making these experiences we have had with you a lot of fun!

Donna was so genuinely caring and wonderful to be around. She was always upbeat about everything and explained the whole process so easily. She put our priorities first, and made sure we were happy in the end! I would recommend her to everyone, not only because she was amazing at showing us any house at practically anytime, but because she really does take time to listen to what you have to say and respect your needs. Donna was an awesome realtor. This was my first home purchase and she was someone I could really trust to give me good advice. She was quick to point out all the things I wouldn't have thought of checking: water heater, furnace, foundation, roof condition, etc. She never rushed us, in fact she showed us at least a dozen houses in about a month because our lease was up and we were desperate to move out of our rental right in the middle of summer - the most hectic season to try to buy. We love our house and she really made it happen for us. She negotiated a lower price based on a few cosmetic issues and she made dealing with the sellers pleasant and easy. I was also able to complete 99% of paperwork online using just my phone. Donna made this whole process seamless and as stress-free as possible, so I highly recommend her to anyone.
