I have been a full-time Realtor since 2004. I was born and raised in Dante, VA, but has lived in the Kingsport area for 45 years. I am proud to be a Tennessee Affiliate Broker with Keller Williams Realty and honored to hold the following professional designations in Real Estate: CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist ) Statistically, only 3% of Realtors hold the designation of CRS. GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute).
I am also a Member of National Association of REALTORS, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors. I have also chosen to be a major investor in RAPAC ( “Investing in RAPAC gives our local, state and national associations the ability to help protect our industry and the people we serve. I invest because I believe in our profession, preserving the American Dream of homeownership, and protecting the rights of property owners!” I was also was elected to serve on the Northeast Tennessee Board of Directors in 2018 for a three-year term.
I pride myself on being reliable, dependable, and honest. I work diligently to ensure that my clients needs are met. My eye for detail, as well as my ability to troubleshoot potential issues, allows me to put my clients at ease throughout the buying/selling process. Over the course of my career, I have developed many personal and professional relationships that help make for a smooth transaction. Furthermore, I am a certified interior decorator. My clients definitely benefit from my expertise in this area, especially when it comes to staging advice on ensuring your property stands out in today’s competitive market!

Working with Donna Lampkins was a pleasure. She gave great advice on each house we reviewed, pointing out both the good points and the bad points of each home. Donna Lampkins is the best realtor I've worked with and I've owned 9 homes over the years. She is bright, very experienced, follows through and listens. Donna was amazing to work with. My wife and I were working with a somewhat limited time frame to try and find a home on the other side of the country. Donna was very friendly and explained everything that was happening along the way. (We were first time home buyers) She knew the area very well and helped narrow down our search results based on what we were looking for. We spoke regularly and she genuinely seemed to care about helping us get our best deal within our budget. I would gladly work with her and her team again.

My wife and I were very fortunate the day we met Donna. We drove by a for sale house, swamped with people and realtors seeing the house. We didn't have a realtor, the owner called his, Donna. Although she was the seller's realtor she worked as hard for us. Each time we contacted her needing help (our home was being sold) she responded immediately, and always with the help we needed. We were new to Kingsport TN and this was our second time buying a home. Donna was very knowledgeable of the area and helped us locate our perfect home. She walked us through the negotiation process and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. Thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

Donna was very helpful to my wife and I as we bought our house. She was very nice and understanding. We were moving from about six hours away and she was very helpful in showing us as many houses as she could in our limited time span.She took the time to get to know what we were looking for.
