Donnie has been the most helpful, honest and responsive agent we have ever worked with. We moved to Arkansas one year ago, with the intent to purchase a house with land that we could build on. Donnie was patient and took the time to help us find what worked for our family. He went above and beyond. We are very thankful for everything that he did for our family. We seriously could not have asked for anyone better.

We are first time home buyers and I just cannot imagine a better experience. Donnie walked us through every step of the way, explained everything in detail to where we could understand and always had a list of highly recommended business to use (title, insurance, lenders, etc). We originally contacted Donnie about a house we wanted to see. We put an offer in and unfortunately could not come to an agreement with the sellers. Within 3 hours, Donnie sent us a list of local listings with all of our "boxes" checked. Every house he took us to had the things we wanted in them. Within two days we found the house of our dreams and put an offer in. Within 21 days, we were closed and moved in. Everything went so smoothly thanks to Donnie. He is also one of the most generous people I've ever met in my life. I was so overwhelmed by the heart he has for his clients that I was actually speechless, which doesn't happen often. After closing was finished, he gifted us with the most beautiful homemade wooden butcher blocks I have ever seen in my life as a housewarming gift. I'm not going to get personal here, but he did more for us than my own family did in terms of "congratulations".I cant recommend Donnie enough. He is professional, knowledgeable, and overall enjoyable to be around. He will find the right home for you and make the process and simple and easy as possible.
