As a principle with Sun Bay Realty Group, LLC at Keller Williams Realty and a partner with my husband Doug, I have been a Realtor in the Tampa Bay and the beaches areas since the mid 1990's. We work extensively with the waterfront and luxury home markets, and also enjoy relocation and first time home buyers.
I bring over 20 years of marketing experience to help market your home to sell. I am an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) with experience and knowledge of the luxury home market, buyers and sellers. I am also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) trained to prepare your home to sell in today's competitive market. Sun Bay Associates also have extensive experience with distressed properties and have the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation.
Doug
Doug came to Keller Williams Realty from the food safety training and certification industry, where he helped companies, ranging from a mom 'n pop restaurant to major national corporations such as Target, Safeway, several culinary schools, and many others, develop comprehensive food safety training programs.
The frequent traveling caused him to re-evaluate his goals and being home every day to work with his wife, Gwen, who has been a professional Realtor for over 17 years, made Doug change his professional course and take on a new career in real estate. Together, as a team, Gwen and Doug have helped many families find the right house for their lifestyles.
Taking our previous experiences, and honing our skills with Keller Williams Realty's incredibly excellent training, has helped us become a top producing team for the past few years.
This gives us a little time to enjoy each other, whether it is going for a walk to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, or share time with our daughter and grand-daughter. We enjoy kayaking, golf, and have had season tickets to USF football since the second season of the team's existence.
Doug and Gwen are active in the church. Through the Dunedin North Rotary club, our church, Keller Williams Red Day and other outlets, we are able to give back to the community where we live.
Taking care of our customers is first and foremost for our business. In fact, our customers often become good friends and frequently refer their friends and family to us for their real estate needs.
