Doug was born, raised and continues to live in Morris County, New Jersey. Doug is married to his lovely wife Dina and they just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in 2017. Dina also works with Doug as the teams home staging specialist and contract to closing manager. Doug and Dina have three children; Andrew the oldest, just graduated college and works in the finance industry, Taylor their middle child is currently in college and will be starting her junior year in the fall and their youngest, Jillian, is graduating high School this June and will be heading off to college this fall. Their dog Channel is also an important part of the family.
