Consumers are over-loaded with TV hype and internet misinformation. What's really need is a trusted resource to guide them through the complex world of real estate. With 30 years of customer service, professional sales and teaching experience I break down this wild web of information, discarding fiction and explaining jargon in everyday terms. I’m a people person, who's detail oriented and a creative problem solver.

My approach is a little different, I listen. I actually listen to get to know who I'm working for. I meet clients where they are, providing information in a format that works best for them. Meeting client’s needs, by educating and informing is just as important as understanding the current real estate market. Matching these things together is where I excel. I'm not hesitant to ask tough questions, say 'no' or negotiate aggressively. I discuss all the options with clients, the good, the bad and yes, even the ugly. My goal is to provide the ALL the essential tools for clients to sell their home or make a home purchase with confidence.
Simply, client’s interests are my priority. I utilize current sales data and market research to help clients assess their situation and determine the real deal breakers. AS Business Administration, BS Marketing Education from Virginia Tech
I play handbells and occasionally flute for worship service.
I like to watch tv detective or police shows, historical fiction, action adventure is ok, no horror stuff, some sci-fi is ok, and Star Trek is boss over Star Wars.

I love have a conversation on the 2 topics that are considered 'no-no's' when you first meet people, religion and politics. Aren't this things we should be talking about?

I love learning about historical items and how things or tools were invented or evolved. Also how everyday products are made.
I consider home projects fun, like laying ceramic tile, painting, rescreening a porch, gardening, etc.
