Ed has a great website and e-mail alert that notified me within 6 hours when a house came on the market. This was key because the real estate market is hot right now in Denver. During the search, Ed took it upon himself to educate me and answer my questions regarding the home-buying process. His knowledge, experience and dedication are unparalleled. I know this because I had been working with other agents before Ed. Honestly, the hardest part of finding home was just that - finding a home. After that, Ed made everything go smooth. Ed went out of his way to help me sell my first home. I wasn't very familiar with the process of selling and he took the time to keep me informed, providing valuable advice, but still allowing me to make the final decisions. My home sold in about 7 days of being on the market! On top of selling my first home, he helped me find my second in a very popular area where things came and went quickly. We wanted to upgrade to a larger home and Ed was recommended to us by a friend. He really listened to what we wanted in our new home and also understood our expectations for what we wanted out of the house we were selling. To our surprise, we sold our house very quickly, and so we were on a very tight schedule to find a new home. Ed was very diligent and had houses lined up every night, all of which met our list of criteria . Ed always gave us his full attention, never pressured us and was always very patient...never tried to "sell" us on a home, until we found the home that was right for us. He negotiated very well and gave us really good advice. I would highly recommend Ed to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable realtor who will work very hard for them!
