I am also an expert in short sale and foreclosure properties. My 20+ year background in sales, marketing and executive management coupled with my many moves as a result of corporate relocations, uniquely qualifies me to be able to effectively and efficiently handle all of my clients real estate needs. Edward Cole was very helpfull in helping me visit numerous houses before we were able to finally find one that matched all my needs.Once I was ready to make an offer Ed was very helpfull in facilitating the sale.
