I contacted mr Washington about a property provided my info and we had a conversation through email for a couple days then he says my credit and everything wasn't good enough we then provided my wife's info and at that point he never got back to us it's been like 2 months and we haven't heard anything

Our experience was fantastic! Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent direction for us as first time buyers. His easy going, friendly approach made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. He wasn't "salesy". We looked at a lot of houses, and Eddie was patient and professional throughout the process. He also was extremely helpful in the negotiating phase. His knowledge and experience saved us roughly $5,000. Highly recommend!!
