A colleague recommended her after finding his dream home in the city but at the time, I was working with another realtor who, after some time, didn’t seem to have a lot of time for me. I ended up switching to working with Elizabeth and didn’t look back.I was a first time homebuyer and also very particular about what I was looking for in a home. Elizabeth was extremely patient with me and allowed me to take the lead in properties I liked and wanted to see. She also took the time to explain things to me that I was unfamiliar with and her advice and expertise was really helpful as I went through this process.Most importantly, Elizabeth was extremely responsive and responded right away to texts, emails, or phone calls which made me feel like a priority. Elizabeth is an absolute delight to work with! My husband and I reached out to Elizabeth in early August as we are expecting a baby and were considering purchasing a house. My brother and I live in Indiana and needed to sell our sister's condo in Alexandria, VA. We.knew.no.one. I got online and looked up various Realty companies in the area and became overwhelmed. So, next I looked up which realty companies had sold condos in the area and chose the five most recent top sell prices. After setting up appointments and interviewing each of the five extremely well qualified and impressive candidates, we chose Elizabeth Coleridge-Taylor. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Our sister's condo was a mess. Liz knew who to call to paint, replace carpet, replace broken hardware and she even replaced a missing mirror. She had the condo throughly cleaned and on the market in record time. She stopped by regularly to pick up mail and check on workers. She remained in constant contact with us and gave us regular updates. From interview to rehabbing to closing, she got it all accomplished in an incredibly short period of time.
